Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please verify your shipping address and contact information before completing your purchase.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping costs $7 USD per order.
- Orders with a subtotal of $150 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.
- The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.
- All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after an order has been shipped:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International destinations: 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing
Delivery estimates do not include order-processing time.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, or circumstances outside Superstyle’s control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send a tracking number to the email address provided during checkout.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If you have not received tracking information after the stated processing period, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
